The American Academy of Family Physicians

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) is one of the largest national medical organizations, representing more than 100,300 family physicians, family medicine residents and medical students nationwide. As a member of the AAFP you automatically become a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians (WAFP).

The AAFP helps physicians stay current on the information surrounding ACOs by providing a vast library of resources that includes webinars, PowerPoint presentations and articles.
